Join Move with Char at Frederick Stubbs Park, Quinns Beach, for a 45-minute outdoor mat Pilates class. Expect slow, controlled movement, some balance work and a little signature glute burn—all with the ocean nearby.

Come with a friend or arrive solo and enjoy a morning of movement together. Afterwards, you’re welcome to join us for an optional coffee and a chat ☕️

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and roll out your mat. Bathroom facilities are available at the beach next to the park
