Join us for the Cygnet Folk Festival Launch Party at Hobart Brewing Co.

Enjoy music from The Wallaby Bush Track Duo and Minna.

Susannah and Dave make up the duo version of the Wallaby Track Bush Band, and they’re here to express their love of Australian traditional folk music. This pair of bush dance band veterans will charm you with their collection of old songs about convicts, bushrangers, shearers and more.

Recently returned from a musical pilgrimage across the UK and Ireland, Minna shares her love of folk and indie music from Nick Drake to Donovan, as well as her original songs accompanied by guitar and harmonica. Minna was first seen performing at Cygnet 15 years ago as a teeny tiny bongo scoundrel with 'The Scary Family Band'. She now returns performing solo for the first time.

This is a free event, supported by proud festival sponsors Hobart Brewing Co.
