Murder Unscripted : A Murder at Diamond Pavilion (New story - Chapter 2)

A night of secrets, suspicion, and one killer hiding in plain sight.

You walk in. You get your name & a secret for the night. A murder gets announced. The killer's already in the room , smiling, lying, standing way too close to you.

Your job? Find them. Ask questions. Read people. Lie if you have to. Protect your secret. Don't get caught.

No scripts. No booklet. No prep. Just 90 minutes of secrets, suspects, and pure chaos before the final reveal.

Murder Mystery , True crime obsessed? Always solving it before the last episode? Podcast on every commute? This was literally made for you. Come alone, come with your people , either way you're leaving with a story worth telling.

What you get

One Non-Alcoholic drink included, ALCOHOL-FREE event. Your character and secret assigned at the door โ€” takes 10 seconds. Intimate event so everyone actually connects.

Dress code : 1950s Hollywood / Awards Night theme. Optional but make it fun.

The fine print โ€” 18+ recommended. Under 18s with a parent or guardian only (murder, deceit, betrayal โ€” you get it). Arrive 15 mins early. No refunds within 14 days unless we cancel. No prep needed. Seriously, just show up.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that attendance and participation in this event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, emotional distress, accidents, or loss or damage of personal property.

To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  1. Release & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and applicable Queensland law, the event organisers, hosts, venue operators, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or claim arising from attendance or participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in this document is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Personal Property

All attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

  1. Venue Damage

Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, property, furnishings, equipment, or hired items. Any associated repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the responsible individual.

  1. Alcohol Consumption

Where alcohol is available or consumed:

Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and at your own risk.

The organisers accept no responsibility for outcomes arising from alcohol consumption.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated manner without refund.

  1. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas (if applicable) and must comply with venue rules and Queensland legislation. Any fines or damages arising from non-compliance are the responsibility of the individual attendee.

  1. Age Suitability (Advisory)

This event is generally intended for adults (18+) due to themes, content, and environment.

However:

Attendance by persons under 18 may be permitted at the discretion of a parent or legal guardian, who must remain responsible for them at all times.

The organiser does not assume responsibility for supervision, conduct, or suitability for minors.

Any decision to allow a minor to attend is entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the accompanying guardian.

  1. Conduct & Behaviour

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the venue.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee (without refund) for behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

  1. Photography & Media

The event will be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness and will be used in future promotions & social media campaigns unless you notify the organisers in writing prior 48 hrs to the event.

  1. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to modify event details (including timing, format, activities, or venue) where reasonably necessary.

In the event of cancellation, refunds or credits will be provided in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

  1. General

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Names Relevance

All characters, events, businesses, and scenarios portrayed in this murder mystery experience are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, businesses, events, or real-life situations is purely coincidental and unintentional
