The Gathering Place is a welcoming community space where movement, creativity, rest and connection can unfold in whatever way feels right for you.

We begin by arriving together... settling into the space and gathering in a circle. Then the space opens.

For the next 90 minutes, there is no class to follow and no particular way you need to participate. You might dance, stretch, draw, write, rest, lie on the floor, move quietly, play, connect with others or simply be.

There is very little facilitation. Instead, the space is yours to listen inwardly, follow your own impulses and discover what helps you feel more alive, connected or resourced.

There is no right way to be here.

Come for the movement.

Come for the creativity.

Come for the connection.

Come for the chance to simply be.

The Gathering Place is open to all ages, abilities and families. No dance or creative experience is needed... just come as you are.

Art supplies and herbal tea are provided. You’re also welcome to bring cushions, blankets, or any creative projects you’re already enjoying... crocheting, knitting, vision boarding, journalling, drawing, or whatever you feel like bringing along.
