The holding space: A Gentle Reflection Workshop for Navigating Infertility and Loss
Walking the path of infertility, pregnancy loss, or infant loss can be one of the most isolating experiences a person can endure. It is a journey often marked by exhausting clinical cycles, overwhelming grief, and an invisible weight that the outside world rarely sees or understands.
You do not have to carry it entirely alone.
The Holding Space is a gentle, 90-minute, trauma-informed workshop designed specifically to give you a safe place to land. This is not a space where you will be told to "just relax" or stay positive. It is a room where your grief, your anger, your exhaustion, and your story are completely welcome and respected.
What to Expect:
Zero-Pressure Environment: There is no forced sharing. You are entirely free to participate, talk, or simply sit in quiet, supportive co-presence with others who understand the depth of this journey.
A Guided Reflection Journal: Every attendee will receive a beautiful, minimalist journal to keep. We will use short, private prompts during the session to help process the complex identity shifts and emotional friction of this season.
Practical Anchor Tools: Together, we will gently map out your own "Anchor Plan"—a personalized mental health toolkit featuring somatic nervous-system resets, script ideas for setting hard boundaries with loved ones, and protective strategies for triggering days.
Come exactly as you are. Whether you are in the thick of clinical treatments, mourning a recent loss, or navigating the long aftermath, your presence is welcome here.
