BLOOM is a collaborative exhibition showcasing multidisciplinary creatives, examining the individual and collective experience of the algal bloom that has affected our South Australian coastlines.

Hosted at Basement Gallery, BLOOM platforms critical dialogue and fervour surrounding an ongoing ecological issue, explored through experimental visual art and design modes.

Presented for every*one Adelaide Design Week 2026.

Co-curated by Ruby Yates and Natasha Katsikas. The exhibition exhibits 15 South Australian creatives, ranging from emerging to early career.
