The Tipsy Gypsies

The Tipsy Gypsies are none other than Pete Hawkes (acoustic guitar, vocals), George Washingmachine (fiddle) and Christian Marsh (harmonica), three seasoned international players at the height of their powers joining forces to showcase the compositional talent of Pete’s original jazz, blues, folk and Celtic music in one and only one Oz tour.

Be prepared for an onslaught in lilting Gypsy jazz fiddle, thundering Celtic reels, wailing blues harmonia and sizzling slide as these three wield their instruments of mass distraction together for the first time as one united force.

This is a unique combination, and even though each player has toured the globe they have not until now united together and possibly they will never again. A one time opportunity to see three legends (and more) playing a rich, evocative, diverse palette of original music cooked up and served hot!
