A Journey of Connection: Sound Healing Bath for Parents and Babies

Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Healing Bath specifically designed for parents and babies. This nurturing space allows you to step away from the noise of the outside world, gently regulate your nervous system, and share a profoundly peaceful experience with your child.

What Makes This Experience Special?

This session is beautifully crafted to support both you and your baby, creating a shared environment of calm and presence:

Gentle Connection Practices: We open the space with mindful breathing exercises and conscious touch, helping you anchor into the present moment and harmonize your energy with your baby before the sound journey begins.

Harmonic Sound Journey: Rest and reset as the soothing, therapeutic frequencies of the crystal singing bowls wash over you. These gentle vibrations are incredibly calming for babies and help parents release deep-seated physical and emotional tension.

A Safe, Judgement-Free Space: Babies will be babies! Whether your little one is sleeping, cooing, feeding, or expressing themselves, all of it is welcome. This is a supportive environment where you can tend to your baby's needs while still receiving the healing benefits of the sound.

What to Expect & Bring

What to wear: Comfortable, cozy clothing for both you and your baby.

What to bring: A yoga mat, your baby’s favorite warm blanket, a small pillow for your comfort, and any essential items your baby might need (feeding supplies, pacifiers, or a quiet soft toy).

Who this is for: Parents, caregivers, and their babies (pre-crawlers and gentle movers are often a great fit, up to 12 months).

Take this time to pause, listen, and grow together. Because everything begins with love, and Love is the Way.
