An intimate 45 minute sound healing class, a quick nervous system reset to start your weekend in the best possible way!

Sound healing is a peaceful, non-invasive healing that can invoke deep meditative states. This vibrational healing will reset your nervous system, balance your chakras, relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, clear stagnant energy from the body and transport you to your most calm state.

A yoga mat

Pillow or cushion

Eye covering

Blanket

Water bottle

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, we will begin promptly at the start time. Late entry is NOT permitted, due to the nature of the class.

Cancellation cannot be made to a ticket, this can be passed on to another willing attendee.
