Night Of The Living Deaf is a spine-tingling, side-splitting variety spectacular where horror, comedy, live music and Auslan collide. Step into a world of vampires, slashers, monsters and mayhem as a cast of delightfully unhinged performers brings the undead to life. Featuring live bands, outrageous comedy, Auslan performances and wonderfully weird surprises. Babe, there’s nothing like it. Hosted by the legendary Count Rapula, the evening also features his gloriously chaotic talk show, All Hands On Neck, where iconic horror legends drop by for unforgettable interviews. It's the only place you'll see a slasher, a vampire, a live band and a talking hand sharing the same stage... probably for legal reasons. Whether you're Deaf, hearing, or somewhere in between, Night Of The Living Deaf is a celebration of accessible entertainment, gothic glamour and beautifully bad behaviour. This is Halloween so come dressed to distress. Scream if you can. Sign if you dare. This isn't just an Auslan interpreted show - accessibility is built into the whole night. Auslan interpreters will be there from the moment you arrive - welcoming guests at the door, assisting at the bar, merch desk and throughout the venue, so everyone can enjoy the chaos together. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and we want you to feel welcome, included and part of the stupid fun. Featuring performances by Alter Boy, Ricky Neil Jr. and Mayatrix & The Psychics. With special guest appearances from Jack Meakins, Laura Bullock and Hemi Wiapo. And introducing Count Rapula. This event will be rendered in cutting edge 3D technology.
