Illuminate is a 5Rhythms Dance workshop to embody your inner and outer nature through the practice of moving, breathing and connecting.

Nature is in our cells. We are nature. when we move consciously, we have the capacity to hear our body's story's and wisdom. Through this deep embodied listening, our moving, breathing cells can illuminate insight and information to inspire guide and transform us.
