This immersive tasting and coffee roasting workshop is a special collaboration between two awarded leaders in the region’s coffee culture: Zeta Grealy of Zeta’s Coffee, a Tweed coffee farmer, and Gary Wall of award-winning Bastion Lane Espresso.

Coffee experts Zeta and Gary invite coffee lovers and aficionados alike to be guided through this interactive roasting and tasting experience. You will sample a carefully curated variety of coffee beans from the Tweed and around the world, deepening your understanding and appreciation of the coffee-making process in an engaging, educational setting. Participants will also explore home brewing methods, including plunger, stovetop, AeroPress, and more.
