Ocean of Sound — An Underwater Sound Healing Immersion

Experience a truly unique journey of rest, connection, and renewal in a magical setting surrounded by the beauty and stillness of the underwater world of the aquarium.

Surrounded by the calming presence of marine life, this special immersion invites you to slow down, soften, and receive.

We begin with gentle guided breathwork to settle the nervous system, deepen presence, and help you arrive fully in your body. From there, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing journey with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, allowing vibration and sound to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance.

Held beneath the ocean’s glow, this is an invitation to pause, be nourished, and experience deep rest in an extraordinary setting unlike any other.

Leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply held.

No experience is needed. Most of the session will be experienced lying down.
