A relaxing and enjoyable creative workshop celebrating connection, creativity, and community during Seniors Week.

Participants will enjoy two hands on activities, creating a colourful layered sand candle and painting a decorative inspirational rock to take home. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to have fun, try something new, and enjoy the company of others.

The workshop would provides a welcoming space where older adults can slow down, connect with new people, express their creativity and experience the wellbeing benefits of mindful, hands-on activities.

Along the way, there will be plenty of conversation, laughter and the satisfaction of creating something unique.

All materials and equipment are provided, with step-by-step guidance throughout the session.

Participants will leave with two beautiful handmade keepsakes

and we hope, some new connections and happy memories.

Suitable for all skill levels and designed to be inclusive, accessible, and fun for everyone.
