Big feelings can feel HUGE when you’re little 🌊

The Feelings Wave is a playful 45 minute adventure for children aged 4 to 7, exploring big feelings through games, movement, breathing and creativity.

We’ll explore how feelings show up in our bodies, what happens when they get really big, and ways we can move through them without being scared of them.

Each child will create their own Feelings Bottle to take home 💛

All little adventurers are welcome.

Whether they’re shy, full of energy, slow to warm up or need a little more space, they’re welcome to join in their own way.
